Business Development Associate ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Associate prepares meeting agendas and briefings, maintains meeting notes, and arranges for implementation of action items. Maintains a task list of requests, and updates based on progress and communicates regularly on those advancements.
Manage zoning, entitlement, and permitting activities
Perform underwriting process, including analysis of market information, operational expense data, and estimated hard and soft costs
Supports and/or administers projects or processes for division/department.
Review and analyze engineering and architectural construction plans and contract documents
Assist with the development of budgets and timelines for the various stages of acquisition and development.
Coordinate with project consultants during the due diligence process including architects, engineers, appraisers, market analysts, surveyors, title companies, etc. as necessary
Ability to lead and guide the production of documents, contracts and presentations.
Collaborate with various teams to execute the company directives, while balancing multiple organizational priorities in our fast-paced environment.
2-4 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Investments with relevant real estate development experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Bachelor’s degree in architecture
3 years related professional experience.
Knowledge of commercial real estate, hospitality, residential & mixed-use
